Fee Structure
As a matter of policy, our firm operates alternative fee structures that are designed to achieve maximum flexibility and ensure that we are able to meet our client’s needs in the most cost-effective manner. Consequently, we have divers categories of client who request that we apply value billing methods to some of their instructions in which case we agree a lump sum pre-determined fee or apply an hourly billing rate.
Our fee calculations are detailed and transparent. It is also our practice to charge separately for any statutory costs and other expenses (e.g. travel, and accommodation) which we may incur in the course of carrying out instructions. We usually notify clients prior to incurring such costs and expenses, and also provide receipts for same.
